Educational Issues Team
Quality education and an educated citizenry are essential for a democracy. Universal public education in the United States has long guaranteed that all children be provided a quality, accessible education to achieve their personal best. Are you concerned that the current direction of the Administration threatens this baseline? Are you concerned that private schools will drain and diminish our concept of universal public education? Join the Education Team if you feel quality public education is threatened through budget cuts, diversion of resources, and an inexperienced Secretary of Education. Like all UKAN Teams, the Education Team researches, educates, identifies policies of concern, and calls its members and UKAN to action to stop the erosion of American education. Stand with this Team to defend our nation’s children.
